Eligibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the Service
- Scrape, spam, or automate access in a way that harms other users or the Service

- Upload malicious code or abusive content through account features
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Your content
You may set a display name, avatar, and other profile details. You retain ownership of what you submit, but you grant us a limited license to host and display it solely to operate the Service (for example, showing your name on a leaderboard).
Game features
Scores, XP, landmarks, streaks, and leaderboards are provided for entertainment and learning. We may adjust game mechanics, reset seasonal content, or fix bugs at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Third-party content
Landmark photos and descriptions may come from third-party sources such as Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons, and are subject to their own licenses and accuracy. Google Sign-In is subject to Google’s terms.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and original content, is owned by Globe Mastr or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy or redistribute the Service except as allowed by law.
Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Geography content is for educational entertainment and may contain errors.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLOBE MASTR AND ITS OPERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where prohibited by your local law.
